How to make a booking

Please check the current bookings listed below, if your required date is free call Bevill Jansz on 0419 385 462 to confirm the hall is available.  (If this phone number is unavailable please contact Breeda 0402 297 394).  Viewing of the Hall is available by appt. on Thursdays between 5pm  and 7pm

Fees 

  • Member $350 per day
  • Non-member $400 per day
  • Meetings of 5 hours or less $300. Every hour thereafter will cost a further $60 per hour.
  • Hours of operation Friday/Saturday 10AM to 12 Midnight, other days 10AM to 10PM All electricity to power points in the hall is automatically cut off at 12 Midnight
  • All bookings require a bond of $250 refunded if the centre is handed back to management clean and undamaged. ($1000 for age 21+ and under)
  • A payment of $100.00 will be deducted from the Security Fee deposit for the cleaning of the premises for next day events

NB: To book the hall, payment has to be made via the BAA Bank Account – details provided upon booking.  The full booking fee plus bond must be paid to secure your booking.  Please refer to the hall hire agreement for full details. Hire-Button
